As someone who is not very tech savvy, is there a player app I can put on my iPad to play .mkv files?
Hi Donald, I unfortunately don’t own an iPad so not sure how much use I can be in this situation, but a quick google seems to suggest that Air Video is an app (free to try, I think) that could be able to view .mkv releases for you. That’s as much tech help as I can give, however, and I know that Apple is a pain in the ass for anything that’s not iTunes – so good luck!
Hi I just bought a Surface tablet which runs on windows RT I belive, but I cant find a way to play videos with subtitles, is there any way? thanks
I have no experience with tablets… It’s not possible to install CCCP?
Nope, was the first thing I tried since I usually use CCCP on my laptops to solve these kind of things, but yeah, thank you for the reply! 🙂
Try finding a way to convert them into .mp4 files, those usually work.
Kay, thanks for the suggestion!
