Yo!
I’d like to present yet another series we’ve picked up… Not really. We’ve been working on this for so long… I believe this might be the first script I ever timed, and I’ve timed a few. ^^; It might be quite obvious that this project is kind of on the slow side. The really slow one. 🙂
We still put as much care into this as on our other shows of course. Imagine a Lamborghini with a 2 ton trailer behind it.
Anyway, perhaps we can somehow speed it up, perhaps not. So don’t expect us to finish this the coming week or so. ^^;
Enjoy!
Wow!
This one word sums up all of the action in this episode, AND the phenomenal job the staff did to bring it to you.
A few days ago, sangofe had a thought: Â Wouldn’t it be great to release this ep to coincide with the Women’s World Cup final between Japan and the USA? Â When he first approached me about this, my first thought was “I wish you had told me about this sooner.” Â However, between that time and now, A LOT has been happening behind the scenes. Â The CT2002 team pulled together and got this ep ready for release in record time, so you could watch it either before or after the Japan vs. USA match.
So, what are you waiting for now? Â Make sure you download and watch this ep — the last part of the final of the International Junior Youth Championship — AND watch the Women’s World Cup final? Â Who’s going to win — Japan or Germany — in ep 31? Â Who’s going to win the Women’s World Cup final — the Japanese women or the American women? Â Only time will tell!
As always… Please don’t forget to post your comments. Â I’m looking forward to hearing what you thought of both matches. Â I know who I’m rooting for in each of them! Â Who are y’all rooting for in these matches?
Hello, everyone!
Has anybody been watching the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011 action that’s been taking place in Germany this month? Â Well… If you have, that’s similar to the kind of action you’ll find in episode 30 of Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002!
Only Japan is fighting for the victory against Germany in the last few minutes of the International Youth Junior Championship’s final match in France. Â Germany is a very powerful team who has easily defeated its opponents in this championship tournament. Â Will Japan have the fortitude it needs to win this match to become the number one youth team in the world?
You’ll have to download and watch this ep to find out for yourself. Â Enjoy this ep now, so you’ll be able to watch the final matches of FIFA’s Women’s World Cup this weekend: Â Battle for the Bronze (France vs. Sweden) is on Saturday and going for the Gold on Sunday will be Japan vs. USA. Â Both matches ought to prove to be very exciting.
One more thing… TheDeath mentioned something about Germany’s “mysterious keeper” (Deuter MĂĽller)Â in eps 29 and 30 that I’d like to share with you:
[08:43] <TheDeath> hmm... can't help myself but that Keeper in 29 reminds me hefty on our Oliver Kahn (he got called the "Titan" for a reason) [08:44] <TheDeath> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_Kahn
After checking out his Wikipedia article link, I’m led to believe that TheDeath is right.  Thanks for sharing that bit of history with us, TheDeath.  If any of you have something interesting that you’d like me to share with everybody in a future release post, please don’t hesitate to let me know — via a reply to this post and/or PM (or /msg) me in IRC.  I’d be more than happy to oblige.  🙂
Now….
Off with you! Â Go download and watch another exciting episode of Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002, but DON’T FORGET to post a comment — about this ep… about the FIFA Women’s World Cup action… about the “Titan” Wikipedia article… about (almost) anything…
Yo!
Joe is back in Slum Town, and he’s more than happy to be back. And so are we to announce another release of everyone’s favorite, Ashita no Joe!
The joint with Hokuto no Gun so far has been a real success. 🙂
Many have also mentioned lately that this show only gets better and better, and I can only agree with them. So if you haven’t watched this terrific show yet, I’d suggest you start now. 🙂 For everyone else, please enjoy episode 24!
PS. Please go for the XDCC-bot if you find the torrent slow. I’m no longer on my fast connection.
Hello people!
Had you waiting there, didn’t we? Well it’s all over now!
I hope you all enjoyed it, cause I almost literary did nothing but sub this show when it was airing to keep up with its high pace. Scab never told me the show would have non-stop signs throughout the whole episodes… At least timing went nice and smooth…
Have to thank the rest of the staff too for their hard work, and Swan for helping out when goof decided to take a vacation. And even though FalseDawn couldn’t keep up with the pace till the end, we still like him. <3
Anyway, I'll check off yet another series completed by the very successful (minus the BSODs) joint we call FroZen. 🙂
